Low income: legal aid

If your income is low, the State may cover the lawyer’s fees and court costs, provided the proceedings have a reasonable chance of success. Fill in the relevant form and bring it, with the supporting documents, to the first meeting. The initial consultation fee remains payable. Legal aid is not granted to legal entities.
